ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our Service Team at Ryan Salmons State Farm, you will interact with customers to assess their needs, assist in policy changes, and address customer concerns.
Our Service Team strives to provide best in class customer experience whether we are processing a payment or assisting with a claim. When interacting with customers, you will listen closely to client needs to identify potential gaps in coverage and recommend adjustments using a "needs-based" approach.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate is looking to kickstart a long-term career in insurance, is able to reliably work 8:30am-5:00pm M-F in Wheelersburg, OH. The ideal candidate is also an effective communicator, with ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or Ability to Obtain.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Background check is required.
Compensation: $29,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
